When will the AI Chat Assistant be available?

We're rolling it out to MaxedPixel platform customers first, alongside the new platform launch. Request early access and we'll add you to the first wave — and tell you the moment your business can switch it on.

What is it trained on?

Your business's own knowledge — your FAQ, services, hours, policies, and pricing. It answers the way you would, not with generic chatbot script, and it hands off to a human the moment a question needs a real person.

Will it sound like a robot?

No. We tune it to your business's tone so replies read like a helpful member of your team. The goal is a customer who gets a clear answer at 11pm and never realizes they were talking to software.

Do I need a developer to add it to my site?

No. It embeds directly on your MaxedPixel site — not a clunky third-party widget you have to wire up or pay a separate subscription for. If we built your site, turning it on is a single step.
