About

I built MaxedPixel for the small businesses
everyone else skips.

I'm the founder. Here's why I started this, who it's for, and how I work.

Why I built this

There's a gap in the market that nobody talks about. The big agencies charge $50,000 minimums and give your project to a junior. The freelancers on Upwork take half up front and stop responding after two weeks. And the website builders — Wix, Squarespace, Weebly — give you something that looks okay on a Tuesday and ranks nowhere on Google.

I watched this happen to good businesses. A kids party company that couldn't get phone calls because her site was buried on page 6. A bilingual academy managing 80 students in a spreadsheet because nobody had built her an enrollment system. A nail salon running her entire booking operation through Instagram DMs.

These aren't small problems. For a business doing $200K a year, a website that doesn't convert is costing tens of thousands in missed revenue. A booking system that doesn't work is costing hours every week.

I built MaxedPixel to be the partner that fills that gap. Real custom work. Real prices. Real support after launch. And a dashboard so you always know exactly what's happening with your site — not because I have to, but because that's what a real partner does.

What I believe

Six values I actually operate by.

Built to last.

I don't build things that need replacing in 18 months. Everything I ship is maintainable, documented, and yours.

Skin in the game.

I put my name on every project. If it's not right, I fix it — not because I have to, but because that's what accountability looks like.

Show the work.

Your dashboard is live from day one. You see every update, every milestone, every bill. No black box.

Curated, not crowded.

I cap engagements per quarter. Every customer I take on gets real attention — not a ticket number.

Operator-grade.

I build for small businesses that run like real operations, not side projects. Your tools should work as hard as you do.

Plain English, always.

I explain what I'm building, why I'm building it, and what it costs — in language that doesn't require a computer science degree.

What I won't do

An honest list.

Most agency About pages don't have this section. I think that's a mistake. Here's what I won't take on — and why.

Crypto & Web3 projects
Too many scams in the space. I won't put my name on it.
Gambling platforms
Outside my ethics — full stop.
Adult content
Not what this studio is for.
MLM or pyramid schemes
I'd be helping you hurt people.
White-label resale
I build for the end customer, not for an agency to mark up.
Template-flipping for client work
I don't charge custom prices for template work. That's dishonest. (Selling our own MaxedPixel Templates as a product line is intentional — that's different.)
Ghost-after-launch projects
I don't take a project I'm not prepared to support.
How I work, today

Founder-led. On purpose.

MaxedPixel is founder-led, by design. That's not a limitation I'm apologizing for — it's the whole reason this works.

Founder-led means that when you work with MaxedPixel, you work with me directly. Not a junior assigned to your account. Not a project manager who passes messages back and forth. Me — the person who wrote this page, who will write your proposal, and who will build your site.

That's also why I cap engagements per quarter. I'd rather turn down work than give a customer 30% of my attention. If you're looking at this page and I'm at capacity, you can get on the waitlist — I'll reach out when I have a slot.

Where I'm going

Studio → Platform → Ecosystem.

Right now, MaxedPixel is a boutique studio with a platform layer — every customer gets a dashboard, and that platform is getting smarter every quarter.

The goal is an ecosystem: a set of branded products (analytics, AI chat, reporting, templates) that run inside every customer's dashboard — so the platform becomes the product, not just the wrapper around the service.

None of this changes how I work with individual customers. The commitment is the same: real work, real prices, real support. The platform just makes the delivery better over time.
